Ingredients for Makhana Milk shake Recipe

  • 1 Cups Makhana Milkshake
  • 8 Pieces Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 g small green elaichi
  • 2 cups Milk

Directions: Makhana Milk Shake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method:
  • STEP 2.Dry roast makhana on ow flame till nice crisp, remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan dry roast almonds and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Dry roast peanuts also on low flame till u see some black spots, remove and keep aside
  • STEP 5.In a grinder take roasted makhana, roasted almonds, roasted peanuts, sugar and elaichi and grind to a fine powder.
  • STEP 6.Then add milk and blend again till everything well combined.
  • STEP 7.Pour in glasses and garnish with sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds and serve.
  • STEP 8.Yummy and healthy drink is ready..
