STEP 2.Dry roast makhana on ow flame till nice crisp, remove and keep aside.
STEP 3.In the same pan dry roast almonds and keep aside.
STEP 4.Dry roast peanuts also on low flame till u see some black spots, remove and keep aside
STEP 5.In a grinder take roasted makhana, roasted almonds, roasted peanuts, sugar and elaichi and grind to a fine powder.
STEP 6.Then add milk and blend again till everything well combined.
STEP 7.Pour in glasses and garnish with sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds and serve.
STEP 8.Yummy and healthy drink is ready..
