Directions: Makhana Chevdo (mix) Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean all the ingredients well. Now fry all the makhana, poona, oats in a nonstick pan. Now heat the ghee in the same pan. Once the shells are fried, add asafoetida and neem and let it simmer for half a minute, then mix well and now add sesame seeds, flaxseed, aniseed and mix well. Now add all the roasted bean powder oats and mix lightly by hand.
