Ingredients for Makhana Bhel Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Makhane
  • 0.13 cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 cups Rice puffs
  • 1/2 g chhoped green chilli
  • 3/4 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 3/4 tsp Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Red chili powder
  • A Handful Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.03 teaspoon Turmeric

Directions: Makhana Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a non-stick pan, then add makhana to it, fry it on medium flame till the makhana swells, take out the roasted makhana in a vessel and add 1-2 spoons of oil in the same pan and fry the peanuts. Take it out in a vessel.
  • STEP 2.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add turmeric to it, cook turmeric for a second, put puffed rice in it, when the puffed rice becomes crispy, then again add peanuts and makhana to it, stir on medium today for 2 to 3 minutes and mix
  • STEP 3.Switch off the gas and add finely chopped green chilies, salt, red chili powder, green coriander and mix all the ingredients well, add lemon juice as needed, stir.
  • STEP 4. Now serve by adding pomegranate seeds, onions and green coriander for garnish. , ,
