  • 1/4 Mangalore southekai or spaghetti squash medium
  • 1/2 cup Thick butter milk
  • As required Salt
  • As required To be gound to a paste
  • 0.38 tablespoon Channa dal soaked in 3 tbsp of water for an hour
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1/2 Green chillies or more if you like it more spicy
  • 0.06 teaspoon turmeric grated and fresh
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coconut
  • As required For the seasoning
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil or ghee clarified butter
  • 0.13 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 pinch hing
  • 1/2 sprig Curry leaves
