  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables like bottle gourd, drumstick, and brinjal. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Add the buttermilk mixture to the pan and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
