Ingredients for Majedar murmure Recipe

  • 31.25 gm murmure
  • 0.06 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red pepper powder
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar powder
  • 0.13 tsp fennel seeds carsely ground
  • handful of curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces 3-4 Whole Dry Red Chillies
  • 1/2 g Green chillies
  • 0.03 tsp Turmeric powder
  • NaN pieces Few pieces of dry coconut

Directions: Majedar Murmure Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts Take out in plate In the same pan in remaining oil ,Add slitted green chillies ,red chillies and curry leaves to crackle Add murmure in it Sprinkle turmeric powder and mix well Add peanuts and dry coconut pieces in it Add salt ,both pepper powder,amchur powder and sugar powder Mix well and turn off the flame After cooling down store in an airtight container and enjoy
