  • STEP 27.Firstly 2 cup of chana dal has to be soaked for 3 hrs.Then make a paste in a grinder .Then take a bowl add some chilli powder,garlic ginger paste,salt ,oil,turmeric powder, sugar , eggs mix it well then put the gas on ,take a pan put the oil in it then saute the paste in a pan put the paste in a oil greased plate put it in a shape After 10 mins cut in to pieces and then fry it till it becomes golden in colour.
  • STEP 28.For the gravy take a 2 table spoon of oil in a pan ,cut the onion and ginger paste saute
  • STEP 29.Put one teaspoon of garlic paste ,one tea spoon of cumin and coriander powder properly put some fried potatoes in the gravy mix it well till oil realised in a pan.Put some hot water then keep it boil for some time then put fried dhoka pieces in the gravy .Lastly put some garam masala ghee and cream on the gravy.Serve it in a serving dish
