  • 0.40 cup maida
  • 0.40 tbsp Oil
  • As Required as per taste Sat
  • as required oil for deep frying
  • As Required A needed Water for kneading
  • 1/5 Tbsp tbs cumin seed

Directions: Maida Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix maida + salt + oil + water and knead well. A soft dough is required.Take small small size balls from dough and make round flat puris with help of board and rolling pin.Now deep fry in heated oil one by one, each Puri will puff up, flip the other side and fry well
  • STEP 2.Now it is ready to serve.
