  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Carrot, Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Peas
  • 0.13 cup Chopped Beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as required Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the barnyard millets for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Drain the soaked millets and add them to the pressure cooker. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Close the lid and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
