Ingredients for Maharashtrian special thali Recipe
1/5 tbsp Ghee
1/5 tsp Rai
1/10 tsp jeera
A Pinch Hing
0.80 Pieces Few curry leaves
1/5 g green chilli
1/20 tsp Turmeric
0.40 cup Toor daal
1/5 g table spoon goda masala
0.28 tsp th tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
0.24 tablespoon Jaggery
0.40 tablespoon Coconut grated
0.68 tsp Salt
As Required water
0.40 tablespoon Coriander leaves
Directions: Maharashtrian Special Thali Recipe
STEP 1.Firstly in a large kadai heat one tablespoon ghee and sorte one tsp mustard half tsp jeera pinch of Hing and few curry leaves
STEP 2.Also add one green chilli one fourth tsp turmeric and sorte on low flame
STEP 3.One cup dal plus 3 cup water pressure cooked for 5 whistles
STEP 4.Get the dal to boil and add one tablespoon goda masala 1/4 tsp chili powder half tsp jaggery 5 kumkum
STEP 5.Two tablespoon coconut three/four tsp salt mix well
STEP 6.And half cup water and adjust consistency as require
STEP 7.Mix well and boil for 5 minutes or till spices gets cooked completely
STEP 8.Finally add coriander leaves
STEP 9.It's ready
