  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.
  • STEP 4.Add chicken pieces and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is sealed.
