Ingredients for Maggie Masala ae magic ( Dal Tadka) Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Arhar dal
  • 1/4 cup Red Masoor Dal
  • 1/2 packet Maggie masala ae magic
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/2 pieces Chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup Chopped vegetables
  • to taste Salt
  • as required For dal tadka
  • 1/2 pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/4 tsp sarso seeds
  • 2.50 pieces Curry leaves
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Maggie Masala Ae Magic ( Dal Tadka) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the both Dal. Strain water. Rest it for 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Now put Pressure cooker on the gas.
  • STEP 3.Add dal and all the Veggies in it. Fry for 2 mins.
  • STEP 4.Add hadi powder, salt and water in it. Cook until the dal soft. Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Now add (Maggie masala ae magic) in the Dal.
  • STEP 6.Now make a Tadka - Put a pan on the flame. Heat oil/ deshi ghee. Add sarso seeds, dry red chili and curry leaves. Saute it.
  • STEP 7.Now add this tadka in your Dal.
  • STEP 8.Your Dal Tadka is ready to serve.
