STEP 1.Heat refined oil in a pan. Then add sliced garlic. Wait for 30 seconds. Then add sliced onion. Fry it for 1 minute . Then add tomato paste , red bell pepper , salt , kashmiri red chilli , dried red chilli powder . Cook them for 3 minutes in medium flame. Then add water. Wait for boiling. Then add maggi and masala. Cook another 2 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon butter and turn off the gas .
STEP 2.Serve hot.
