Ingredients for Maggie Recipe

  • 1/4 nos - ** pack of Maggi Noodles**
  • 1/4 cups - **½of water**
  • 1/4 nos - ** small onion
  • As required finely chopped**
  • 1/4 nos - ** small tomato
  • As required finely chopped**
  • As required - **½ capsicum
  • As required finely chopped**
  • 1/4 nos - ** small carrot
  • As required grated**
  • As required - **¼ cup green peas (optional)**
  • 1/2 tablespoons - **oil or butter**
  • 1/4 teaspoon - **ginger-garlic paste**
  • 1/4 nos - ** green chili
  • As required chopped (optional)**
  • 1/4 teaspoon - **red chili powder**
  • As required - **½ teaspoon turmeric powder**
  • 1/4 teaspoons - **½MAGGI Masala Ae Magic**
  • As required - **Salt to taste**
  • As required - **Fresh coriander leaves for garnish**

Directions: Maggie Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. **Heat oil or butter** in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.
  • STEP 3.2. **Add ginger-garlic paste** and green chili (if using). Sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.3. **Add tomatoes** and cook until soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.4. **Add grated carrot, capsicum, and green peas.** Sauté the vegetables until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 6.5. **Sprinkle red chili powder, turmeric powder, and MAGGI Masala Ae Magic.** Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  • STEP 7.6. **Pour in 1½ cups of water** and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 8.7. **Add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker** that comes with the pack. Stir occasionally and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and the water is absorbed.
  • STEP 9.8. **Garnish with fresh coriander leaves** and serve hot.
  • STEP 10.This recipe is versatile, and you can add or skip vegetables based on your preference!
