Ingredients for Maggi Malai Chaap Recipe

  • 3.75 nos pack maggi(Rs)
  • 1/4 nos pc Maggi Masala-E-magic
  • 25 gm low fat butter
  • As required Coriander chutney
  • 25 gm Curd
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 nos pack Jaljeera Masala
  • 1/4 nos Lacchedar payz pc
  • 1/4 nos kali wala pyaarz pc (cutted like chilliy paneer)
  • 1/4 nos capicicum pc

Directions: Maggi Malai Chaap Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all boil or cool the Maggi make rolls or pack it in an air tight foil and keep it in your freezer for 1 hour to set
  • STEP 2.once the maggi roll is completely set or Cut into pieces it can be cut into pieces like soya chap or now prepare your afghani gravy Nowput the pan on low flame on one side or add one brickof low fat butter or add choppend onionsor shimla chillies like h chilli paneer or add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden now
  • STEP 3.Alert!
  • STEP 4.flame completely .slow it down or add it to amul fresh cream, curd or mis it well or lake care that the dahi water does not get mixed then add it to jaljeera powder., namak swad aspur ground red chilli ground black chilli or then eat maggi. hue pieces could have been made now
  • STEP 5.serve it in a bowl garnishesd with coriander
  • STEP 6.chutney or onion.
  • STEP 7.Afaghani maggi chaap is now ready to serve
