Ingredients for Maggi Khichdi Recipe

  • 2 packets Maggie
  • 1/2 cup pulses (mug + lentils)
  • As Required Slice the carrots
  • As Required as needed beans
  • As Required as needed Cut the cauliflower into pieces like quantity peas as needed
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 2 g Cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 g Ginger p
  • 2 Pieces Raw chilli
  • 1 Pieces Whole dried chilli
  • 1 inch Pinch of turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon white oil / ghee

Directions: Maggi Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First I put dried chilli, garlic and ginger in the pan with oil.
  • STEP 2.Now lightly fry with carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower, onion, chilli powder.
  • STEP 3.Now you have to stir a little with mug and musur dal and turmeric powder.
  • STEP 4.This time it will be covered with adequate amount of water.
  • STEP 5.Now when the dal is half cooked, Maggie has to break it. Maggie spiced and spread.
  • STEP 6.Once everything is cooked, spread ghee and take it down.
