  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ingredients to prepare the freshly ground paste
  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut
  • 0.13 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2.50 garlic medium sized cloves
  • 3/4-1 Shallots/sambhar onions peeled
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 As required Red chilli powder tsp or more use
  • 0.06 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • As required Curry leaves a handful
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut Oil use oil of your choice
