STEP 1.Boil some water in a pot, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ground turmeric and five seasoning and soybean paste. Mix well. When the pot comes to boil add the rice in it.

STEP 1.Chopped green onions, sliced carrots and lap cheong will be added after 2 minutes. Bring to boil again. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

STEP 1.After 30 minutes add the duck meat and baby bok choy then cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and cover up. Serve fresh.
