  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until finely ground.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, combine the ground macadamias, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • STEP 4.Place a sheet of phyllo pastry in the greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the process, layering phyllo pastry and brushing with butter, until you have used half of the pastry sheets.
