Ingredients for Maal puaa Recipe

  • 50 gm Wheat flour
  • 1/10 cup Semolina
  • 1/10 cup Fresh cream or malai
  • 1/5 g lass milk
  • 1/5 cup Sugar for making sugar syrup
  • As Required As needed oil

Directions: Maal Puaa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the wheat flour and semolina together in a big Bowl and add milk in it slowly stir slowly and add fresh cream or fresh malai on it and make perfect consistent batter now keep aside
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan and add one cup sugar and water in it and put on high flame and stir well now our sugar syrup ready keep aside
  • STEP 3.Next step take a pan on high flame it should be when oil hot we sim the flame and then shame round pua on pan and in sim flame we make it golden color crispy pua now we dip these pua on sugar syrup then serve hot.
