  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the mango ginger into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped mango ginger, tamarind paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 4.Allow the pickle to cool and transfer it to a clean, dry jar. Store in a cool, dark place.
