An Arabic word that literally means bite-sized, it is a traditional dessert popular amongst ancient Bedouins for its ease of preparation. This recipe is prepared from flour, corn starch, sugar, lime and yeast.
STEP 1.Add flour, corn starch, yeast, 1tsp syrup, and salt in a very bowl.

STEP 2.Add a touch bit but 1/2 cup water. Add very little by little until you get an adhesive slimed consistency.

STEP 4.Syrup recipe on medium-high heat add 0.5 a cup of water, one cup sugar, and 1 lime.

STEP 5.Cut the lime and add it to the sweetener.

STEP 9.After one hour, combine the dough well and take away all the bubbles. Confirm u take away the bubbles to avoid the lugimat from exploding.

STEP 10.Scoop all the dough in a very bag and cut a tiny low gap within the bag.

STEP 11.Dip finger in cold oil. Heat oil, begin squeeze dough out of the bag and use a finger to separate them and into the oil.

STEP 12.Make as several balls as potential and once it started browning from an all-time low, begin turning them.

STEP 13.Once all brown, take away and dip it within the cold sweetener from 10-60 minutes. Do not over soak in sweetener to avoid lugimat from obtaining soft.

STEP 14.Remove from the sweetener combine and serve on a plate.
