Easy Peruvian ice cream made with lucuma jam and chocolate sauce. It has an orange pulp and a distinctive perfume like flavor that combines well with dulce de leche and chocolate. This beloved incan favirote is full of beta carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, calcium and protein all in the same fruit. It's flavor is described as reminiscent of maple, caramel or pumpkin. A unique ice cream with one of the most peculiar flavor.

  • 1 cup Whipping Cream Cold
  • 4 tablespoon Lúcuma Jam
  • 4 tablespoon Chocolate sauce
  • 3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk Cold

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - take cold whipping cream in a bowl and whip it for 3 minutes at high speed.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - add condensed milk and beat for 30 seconds.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 - add jam and chocolate sauce to it and mix.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 - top with some chocolate sauce and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 - freeze it overnight and enjoy!
