  • 1/2 Pre cooked andouille sausage links, sliced
  • 1 piece Small skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 Rib of celery, chopped
  • 0.13 Orange or red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 0.13 cup Fresh or frozen chopped okra
  • 1/4 cup Chicken
  • 2.50 ounce Cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 tablespoon Onion powder
  • As required Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 ounce Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 Green onions, finely chopped, to garnish
