  • STEP 1.Clean and chop the lobster into pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and coconut milk. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 4.Add the lobster pieces, salt, and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
