STEP 1.Step 1 Take a big bowl and take wheat flour ghee or oil salt ajwain and mix well. Now knead the atta to a semi soft dough.
STEP 2.Step 2. Take a bowl add chana sattu chopped onion chopped chilly Coriander leaves chopped ginger garlic salt ajwain lemon juice and mix well. If required add water too. Now sattu stuffing is ready.
STEP 3.Step 3 Roast brinjal and tomatoes on gas and boil the potatoes.
STEP 4.Step 4 once done peel the outer cover of brinjal potato and tomatoes and mix all together very well. Add salt little mustard oil green chilly and very little coriander leaves. Mix well all together. Chokha is ready now.
STEP 5.Step 5 Heat kadai add oil to it. Now take a dough in little equal portion and fill with sattu stuffing and make in round shape. Do all as same.
STEP 6.Step 6. Deep fry all the litti in a batch of 5 -6 at a time. Once litti is ready serve with chokha chutney and enjoy with your family.
