  • 2.50-3 Small cucumbers, sliced into thin 0.5 moon shapes. i use persian cucumbers
  • 1/2 inch Ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 can Red chili pepper, diced. youalso use a dash of sriracha sauce
  • As required A handful of fresh thai basil, regular basil or mint, chopped or torn
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon Regular or lower sodium soy sauce or to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil or to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
