  • STEP 1.Start by sautéing garlic and chili in the Instant Pot using the sauté function.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken breast pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the Instant Pot.
  • STEP 4.Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure and open the lid.
