It was my dream to bake a perfect bread loaf.. I tried so many times do many recipes but all the time...... Disappoint.. Sometime more sometime less.. But this dream come true when I tried this recipe I m sharing down Below..
STEP 1.First in a big bowl take flour, rye flour salt yeast and warm water kneed the dough until it become smooth add olive oil and try to absorbed all the oil in the dough it takes around 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 2.Cover the dough with cling film and keep it in a warm Palce for 1 hour(I kept in my boiler room as it's cold weather).
STEP 3. It will rise almost double and place the dough onto a well surface and knock it back with your knuckles..
STEP 4.Shape the dough into a bloomer shape (I checked youtube video for that).
STEP 5. Put the shaped dough on to a floured tray cover with cling flim and leave it to prove for an hour again
STEP 6. After an hour take out your loaf spray some water.
STEP 7.Dust with white flour(I dusted some oats also)
STEP 8.With sharp knife make some slashes on the top...
STEP 9. Bake for 25 minutes on 200 degrees then turn the oven on 180 degrees and again for 15 minutes until you get golden brown crust
STEP 10.Leave to cool on a baking tray
STEP 11.It's ready....
