STEP 1.Heat the pan and add butter.then add garlic stir it for a while.
STEP 2.Now put the chopped onion.again mix it nicely. Now add all another ingredients.
STEP 3.Saute it for a while.add salt and pepper.add vegetable stock.
STEP 4.Cook it until it will done and tender.
STEP 5.When it will become little cool. Grind it nicely. if you want strain it.
STEP 6.Now pour the mixture on the pan. add water as required. It should be not to much liquid. Now serve it with croutons.
