  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and peanuts. Saute until the peanuts turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, green chilies, and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked rice, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot or at room temperature.
