  • 1.50 tsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  • As Required Curry leaves few

  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder

  • STEP 1.HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL LET IT SPLUTTER
  • STEP 2.ADD RED CHILLI
  • STEP 3.ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GROUNDNUT
  • STEP 4.ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND ONION, SAUTE TILL TENDER
  • STEP 5.ADD SALT AND SQUEEZE LEMON
  • STEP 6.ADD LEFTOVER COOKED WHITE RICE, MIX WELL AND SERVE THE LEMON RICE
