STEP 1.1 First of all lukewarm the oil in the pan.
STEP 2.2 put some mustard seed in it and add chana dal and white uddad dal and roast it.
STEP 3.3 now mix dry red chilli,curry leaves and turmeric and mix it.
STEP 4.4 now mix boiled rice,penut and dryfruit and mix it well
STEP 5.5 add lemon juice and mix it.
STEP 6.6 our lemon rice is ready.serve it hot wth coconut chutney or curd
