Ingredients for Lemon Rice Recipe

  • 1/2 g lass boiled rice
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 0.17 cup roasted dry fruita
  • 1.50 Pieces Dried chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp white uddad dal
  • 1/2 tbsp Chana dal
  • 5 A Few Curry leaves approx
  • 1/2 tsp Brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp 4 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp

Directions: Lemon Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 First of all lukewarm the oil in the pan.
  • STEP 2.2 put some mustard seed in it and add chana dal and white uddad dal and roast it.
  • STEP 3.3 now mix dry red chilli,curry leaves and turmeric and mix it.
  • STEP 4.4 now mix boiled rice,penut and dryfruit and mix it well
  • STEP 5.5 add lemon juice and mix it.
  • STEP 6.6 our lemon rice is ready.serve it hot wth coconut chutney or curd
