Easy lunch box lemon rice recipe. This delicious recipe is a combination of urad dal, chana dal, peanuts, and seasoning ingredients. Tempered with mustard seeds and chilli.
STEP 1.Take a pan, add a spoon of oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and roast for some time. Add a bowl of peanuts and keep frying. Then add some dried red chillies, curry leaves and ginger chopped. saute for 30 seconds.
STEP 2.Add a spoon of turmeric powder, cooked rice , salt to taste and a cup of lemon juice. mix nicely. the rice is ready
