Ingredients for Lemon Rice Recipe

  • 250 gram cooked Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Urad dal
  • 1 tablespoon Chana dal
  • 100 gram Peanuts
  • 5 No.s Dried red chillies
  • As required a few Curry leaves
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup Lemon juice

Directions: Lemon Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan,  add a spoon of oil,  mustard seeds, urad dal,  chana dal and roast for some time. Add a bowl of peanuts and keep frying. Then add some dried red chillies, curry leaves and ginger chopped.  saute for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add a spoon of turmeric powder, cooked rice , salt to taste and a cup of lemon juice.  mix nicely.  the rice is ready
