  • 0-1 nos Lemon_
  • 2 tbsp ) redchilli powder_
  • 1.50 tsp ) asefotida powder_ one
  • 2 tsp ) fenugreek powder_ half
  • 2.50 tsp ) mustard_ one
  • 3 tbsp )ginger n garlic_oneeach
  • As required Chopped
  • 3.50 nos ) curry leaves_ one string
  • 6.50 tbsp ) gingely oil _
  • 4.50 as required ) salt
  • 6 tbsp ) vinegar_

Directions: Lemon Pickle Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the lemons,wipe it n steam cook for 3 minutes, after it cools cut into four pieces nd keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, gingr, garlic,saute well,lower the flame,add redchilli,asefotida, fenugreek powders,( take care not to burn)mix well,add half glass water,salt, let it boil well.
  • STEP 3.Lower the flame,add the lemon pieces,a pinch of sugar,mix well, switch off the flame,and finally pour in the vinegar nd give a final mix.check the salt ,add if needed.after it cools , transfer into a clean glass jar n store it.
