Directions: Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
STEP 1.Marinate chicken pieces with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt and yoghurt for 4 hours.
STEP 2.Add oil in pan, add chopped onions and cook till light brown.
STEP 3.Add marinated chicken and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well, add little water and cover till chicken is done.
STEP 5.Remove the cover add lemon juice, cook for 1 minute and done.
STEP 6.Garnish with green chillies and lemon wedges.
