STEP 1.season the fish with black pepper powder and salt.keep aside.Now take a bowl,add butter and microwave it for 30 secnds.Now add minced garlic,chilli flakes and lemon juice.Mix well.
STEP 2.Brush the butter mix all over the salmon fillets.Now place the salmon fillets in a buttered baking dish and place the lemon slices on the fillets for extra flavour.Now bake at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 -15 minutes.
After baking sprinkle cilantro and serve.
