STEP 1.Take 150 grams chicken.Add salt ,black pepper powder,lemon juice and parsley flakes.Mix it well.Keep aside for 15 minutes.Now take cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fennel seeds & ajwain .Dry roast all the spices and grind .
STEP 2.Take 4 boiled eggs .cut into half.Now gently take out the yolks from the eggs.keep aside.n
STEP 3.Now boil the marinated chicken.Add enough water so that no water remains after boiling .Now shred the chicken and remove all bones.
STEP 4.In a bowl take egg yolks and mash well.Now add shredded chicken,finely chopped onion,finely chopped lettuce,dry roasted masala powder,black salt,black pepper powder and mix them well.Now add beaten curd and mix well.Now add lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 5.put the mixture inside the egg whites.Now sprinkle finely chopped carrot and green onion and serve.
