  • 0.38 cup Powdered Sugar - and
  • 1/4 cup Butter -
  • 1/2 nos Eggs -
  • 1/4 nos Lemon Zest - tspn
  • 1/2 cups Maida / All Purpose Flour -
  • 1/4 nos Baking Powder - tspn
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries -
  • 1/4 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice -

Directions: Lemon Blueberry Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Take a bowl and and powdered sugar and butter

  • STEP 2.2. Whisk the mixture until its creamy and smooth

  • STEP 3.3. Add both the eggs one by one and whisk the mixture properly

  • STEP 4.4. Add the lemon zest

  • STEP 5.5. add 1 cup maida, baking powder and some blueberries together

  • STEP 6.6. Fold the flour into the mixture with a spatula

  • STEP 7.7. Add rest of the 1 cup maida and some more blueberries

  • STEP 8.8. Fold the mixture properly with the spatula

  • STEP 9.9. Add the fresh lemon juice

  • STEP 10.10. Fold the batter into a smooth mixture

  • STEP 11.11. Transfer the batter into a rectangular tin and add some blueberries on top

  • STEP 12.12. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 mins at 180 degrees
