  • 0.67 Pieces roti (the day before)
  • 0.33 As Required Potato finely chopped
  • As Required Beans
  • As Required Cauliflower
  • as required coriander as required as needed
  • 0.33 Pieces 1 chopped onion
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt and sugar to taste White oil as needed

Directions: Leftover Roti Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.First start the roti and cut it with scissors.
  • STEP 2.Then heat oil and lightly fry with all the vegetables. When onion and chilli are fried, stir fry with turmeric, cumin powder, salt and sugar to taste.
  • STEP 3.Now spread coriander leaves, black pepper powder and stir it.
