  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add leftover torn rotis and mix well with the masala. Add water if needed to adjust the consistency.
