Ingredients for Leftover Gobi sabzi paratha Recipe

  • 1 cup leftover Gobi sabzi
  • 1 nos Onion Chopped
  • 2 nos chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 nos )tsp red chilli powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required wheat flour dough
  • As required oil for shallow frying
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Directions: Leftover Gobi Sabzi Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a leftover sabzi add all ingredients and mix well and keep it aside
  • STEP 2.Take a one wheat flour dough ball then add flat in your hand pour sabzi mixture and seal carefully
  • STEP 3.Then roll it with a rolling pin
  • STEP 4.Take a tawa and let heat and then fry parathas and apply oil from both sides
  • STEP 5.Then paratha is ready to serve with butter raita and sabzi
