Ingredients for Leftover Gobi sabzi paratha Recipe
1 cup leftover Gobi sabzi
1 nos Onion Chopped
2 nos chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
3 nos )tsp red chilli powder
As required salt to taste
As required wheat flour dough
As required oil for shallow frying
2 tbsp Butter
Directions: Leftover Gobi Sabzi Paratha Recipe
STEP 1.Take a leftover sabzi add all ingredients and mix well and keep it aside
STEP 2.Take a one wheat flour dough ball then add flat in your hand pour sabzi mixture and seal carefully
STEP 3.Then roll it with a rolling pin
STEP 4.Take a tawa and let heat and then fry parathas and apply oil from both sides
STEP 5.Then paratha is ready to serve with butter raita and sabzi
