  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the leftover colocasia leaves and chop them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix tamarind pulp, grated coconut, and water to make a smooth paste.
