Ingredients for LEFTOVER BREAD VADA RECIPE Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp Sooji
  • 0.33 Cup Curd
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion - half chopped finely
  • 1.67 g Green chillies
  • 0.17 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 3.33 Pieces Curry leaves - a few chopped
  • 0.67 Tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 0.33 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 0.67 Tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • As Required Oil - as required to deep fry
  • 1.33 Pieces BREAD
  • 33.33 Gm Rice Flour

Directions: Leftover Bread Vada Recipe Recipe

  • STEP 1.-Take a bowl and break up the bread into tiny pieces.
  • STEP 2.-Add sooji, rice flour, curd , onion, green chilli,ginger , curry leaves, coriander, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and salt and mix well together.
  • STEP 3.-Grease hands and form flattish tikkis and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.-Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce.
