STEP 1.-Take a bowl and break up the bread into tiny pieces.
STEP 2.-Add sooji, rice flour, curd , onion, green chilli,ginger , curry leaves, coriander, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and salt and mix well together.
STEP 3.-Grease hands and form flattish tikkis and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
STEP 4.-Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce.
