  • 1.33 Sheets Filo Pastry

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the cooked leeks to a bowl and let them cool slightly. Once cooled, add the crumbled feta cheese and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Lay out a sheet of filo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet of filo pastry on top and brush with butter again. Repeat this process with two more sheets of filo pastry.
