Ingredients for Lebanese keema Recipe

  • 400 nos minced chicken grm
  • 1 nos onion slice pc
  • 1 nos onion paste pc
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 nos eggs pcs
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3 nos tomato slices pcs
  • 0-1 nos whole garam masala pcs
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0-1 nos Sugar pinch
  • As required Oil as needed

Directions: Lebanese Keema Recipe

  • STEP 1.marinate the minced chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 2.heat oil in a pan add while garam masala and onion slices,saute for a while.
  • STEP 3.add ginger garlic paste and onion paste ,fry adding salt and red chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.now add the chicken ,fry and cover till it gets cooked .
  • STEP 5.add sauce mix well,transfer into a microwave safe bowl.
  • STEP 6.now beat the egg adding cornflour and salt ,spread over the chicken.
  • STEP 7.place tomato slices over it and garnish with grated cheese.
  • STEP 8.bake for 15-20 mnt in an oven,serve hot with flat bread of any type.
