Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • STEP 2.Cut the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and spread them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
