Making lauki paratha is quite easy. First of all you have to choose a young tender lauki . If lauki is mature and have hard seeds then scoop out the seeds before grating it. The seeds will ruin the taste and texture of the lauki paratha. I have used wheat flour and some gram flour in it. But you can make it with only wheat flour or you multigrain flour or any flour of your choice. You can add some chopped greens of your choice to make it more healthier and crisp.
