  • 1 No.s Bottle guard
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 6 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Gram flour
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ingredients for curry
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Onion paste
  • 2 tablespoon Tomatoes paste
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel off the bottle guard

  • STEP 1.Grate it using a grater and eliminate the water content in it

step 3

  • STEP 1.Mix the onion, green chillies, cumin, pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala and ajwain seeds.

  • STEP 1.Add 3 tablespoons of gram flour and salt to use for binding the contents

  • STEP 1.Prepare small balls of the prepared mixture

  • STEP 1.Cook these balls for few minutes in deep frying pan and oil.

  • STEP 1.Take out the balls on some napkins to eliminate some oil by absorbing.

  • STEP 1.1 take a hot  oil pan, add cumin, onion paste, green chillies, tomatoes paste, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and fry for a few minutes

  • STEP 1.Then add the balls after 15 minutes of cooking, let the kofta absorb some curry in it

step 11

  • STEP 1.The lauki kofta is ready, serve with some fresh corriander leaves.
