STEP 5.Cook till lacche become transparent.. stirring gently in between after 5 mins. Off the flame.
STEP 6.Spread cooked bottle gourd lachhe in plate to cool. Separate lacche with hands so they don't stick together. Cool till dry and crispy.
STEP 7.Arrange in serving plate or bowl. Garnish with dried rose petals.
STEP 8.Serve/ Relish Delicious Lauki ke Lachhe as sweet dish.
